Extreme Weather Hold UpdateUpdated 4 days ago

Preserving the integrity of your wine during shipping is a responsibility we take very seriously at SommSelect and unfortunately, sometimes it's just too hot to ship!

Once a week, our team will evaluate the 7-10 day forecast from the National Weather Service to determine if wine can ship safely to your state. When temperatures are above 85 degrees, our packaging is not guaranteed to keep your wine stable in transit. If it's not safe to ship, we will hold until the following week, when we will re-evaluate. If your state is under an Extreme Temperature Hold, you'll be notified via email.

You will receive tracking information for your wine when it is safe to ship and no longer on hold.

Here is the current state on Temperature Heat Hold:

If your state is below 95 degrees AND you have ordered it with an ice pack, it will be released from hold.

If you would like your package released please let us know, however we won't be able to guarantee your wine if it is released while on an extreme weather hold.

We appreciate your patience in this matter and we plan to ship your wine as soon as it is safe to do so!
